Turnaround for normal portrait packages adhere to the timeline below. (Wedding packages take a little longer, and can be discussed during your consultation.)
Step 1. Congrats! You have already completed the first step by looking at our website and determining if you like our style. If you do, please continue!
Step 2. Call to schedule your free consultation. Lets make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
Step 3. Appointments can be made as quickly as a couple days from the initial consultation, depending on time of year.
Step 4. An order date will be set 3 to 5 business days following your photo shoot for you to view and order your portraits. This is done digitally, so the order will be placed that day.
Step 5. Prints will be ready for pick up 4-6 weeks from the order date.
Step 6. Pick up your prints and enjoy a moment that will last a lifetime!!

When it comes to price, people dont like surprises. Our portrait packages start around $400: wedding packages around $3500. We encourage you to come in for a no-obligation consultation, designed to get you familiar with our studio, style and packages. We want you to feel confident that we can provide the service you expect, and, above all, we want your photography experience to be fun and worry-free.
Our #1 Goal at Nathan Ham Photography is to push quality and service to the highest levels. We use our consultation to listen to your wishes so we can carefully plan to meet your needs. The time spent with a client is an important investment; it ensures that the client feels comfortable with the photographers understanding and that the photographer feels confident he can artistically satisfy (or exceed) these expectations.

We want you to be happy, and we go to great lengths to ensure that you are. If, after the consultation and shoot, you are not 100% satisfied, Nathan Ham Photography will re-shoot, reprint, or refund any pictures at your request.
